it was when weight loss (naturally) became a myth for me, something i was struggling since many years. i got to know about Priyanka ma'am through my sister in law when i noticed weight loss of almost 6-7 kgs in her in just 2 months. my sister in law insisted me to visit Priyanka ma'am once just for eating the right way
my progress was little slow in the start but later on when visible changes were there i started to recieve a lot of appreciation from office colleagues, family, friends, alot of them enquired and even joined ma'ams consultation.. results are definite for all... there were occassions like office parties and weekend outings but i was sticking to homemade food. our main goal was to reduce body fat percentage and never weight loss with minimal exercises. in the 1st month i just lost 1 kg which was upsetting but my goal was very clear so i never went out of track. her '10 day diet's had a lot of variety and i never felt starved... in addition during summers ive had 2 mangoes per day and want to shout out loud that mangoes doesn't lead to weight gain..
after 3 months i have lost 7-8 kgs and i feel a lot more lighter and energetic being able to do difficult treks in the Himalayas.. Priyanka ma'am have helped me understand how to manage on chit (spelling error because of practo policy) meals. after 5 months now i can trust my body and fuel it with required nutrition and ma'am is approachable at any point of time.

Coming down from 84 kgs to 79 kgs was a far fetched dream for me since years, but actually it took almost 50 days (complete Lockdown period) to achieve the same.
Minimal diet improvisations suggested by Dt. Priyanka led to this wonderful outcome. Considering the lack of resources during curfew period, she insisted on basic kitchen ingredients to help stitch my diet and made it easier beyond expectation.
